  Mr. Placide Poulin
President

Mr. Poulin is a born entrepreneur. He started many companies and brought them together in 1987 to form Maax Inc. With his keen business sense and innovative spirit, Mr. Poulin has been able to motivate his team, give it vision, and build an international business. The business community has recognized and rewarded Mr. Poulin’s success many times. In addition he serves as a member on many Board of Directors.
  Ms. Marie-France Poulin
Vice President

Since starting her career with Maax in 1985, Ms. Poulin has served as Vice President in the following divisions of the company: marketing, sales, financial communications, and research & development. Through her work experience she has established excellent business networks in Canada and the United States. Ms. Poulin has gained impressive experience in strategic planning, marketing and financial communications. She also sits as a member of several board of directors, including that of Hydro-Québec. She
holds a Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing Management.
  Mr. David Poulin
Vice President

Through over 17 years of experience in operations as General manager and
Vice President of Operations with Maax, Mr. Poulin has development an impressive expertise in business management, logistics, supply chain management and production. Furthermore, Mr. Poulin has been actively involved in the acquisition and integration of businesses into Maax. Mr. Poulin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
 

Ms. Catherine Poulin
Vice President

Ms. Poulin began her career with Maax Inc. in 1987 as an administrative assistant. Later, she was made responsible of the customer service department. She holds a college degree in legal and medical secretarial services. In addition, she is a member of the of Camada Group Inc Executive Committee.

 
  Mr. Bruno Raby
Vice President

After completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mr. Raby held various sales-related positions. He joined Maax Inc in 1998 and immediately started development on marketing strategy and increasing sales. Subsequently he was put in charge of business development and sales profitability for all of Canada.
