David Poulin
Vice-President
While General Manager and Senior Vice–President of operations at Maax, David Poulin developed a solid background in operations and extensive expertise in corporate management, logistics, procurement and production.
Among other responsibilities at Maax, David was actively involved in acquisitions and business integration. David Poulin has a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Over the years, David Poulin has developed proven expertise in the field of real estate and industrial investment.
Marie-France Poulin
Vice-President
Marie-France Poulin has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and is a graduate of the College of Corporate Directors. In 1985, Marie-France began her career at Maax, where she was Vice-President of the following departments: marketing, sales, financial communications and R&D. This experience enabled her to establish excellent extensive business network.
Over the years, Marie-France has acquired solid expertise in strategic planning, marketing, governance and human resources. Marie-France Poulin has been a member of several boards of directors and has chaired the boards of the Port of Quebec, Laval University and the YWCA of Quebec City.
Catherine Poulin
Vice-President
Catherine Poulin sits on Camada Group’s Executive Committee and actively participates in the approval process of the company’s case files. With a rock-solid sense of values, Catherine contributes greatly to the strategic direction of the Group.
Placide Poulin
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Placide Poulin is a born entrepreneur and has been recognized for his achievements many times by the business community. Mr. Poulin started many companies and grouped them together in 1987 to form Maax Inc.
Thanks to his keen business sense and unique spirit of innovation, Placide Poulin was able to motivate his team, instill his vision and in so doing build a world-class company. In addition to working with Camada Group, Mr. Poulin has been a member of several boards of directors, member of the Order of Canada and Knight of the Ordre National du Québec.
Stéphane St-Onge
GENERAL MANAGER &
SENIOR DIRECTOR, FINANCE AND INVESTMENT
Stéphane St-Onge has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in finance as well as a certificate in accounting. Over the past 20 years, Stéphane has developed solid expertise in financing and business acquisition as well as financial analysis. He has participated in many large-scale projects with the Société générale de financement du Québec (SGF) and completed several financing and start-ups as head of finance.
Stéphane is one of the key persons who analyze the investment projects submitted to the Group and works tirelessly to establish strong partnerships. Stéphane also has expertise in real estate development, having participated in many projects over the past ten years.
Gabrielle Côté
Accountant and Financial Analyst
Gabrielle Côté is an accountant and financial analyst. She has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration specializing in accounting from Laval University and holds the designation of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). Gabrielle also holds the designation of Chartered Business Valuator (CBV).
Elliott Poulin
Property Manager and Financial Analyst
Elliott Poulin is a financial analyst at Groupe Camada. He also oversees the real estate management of Camada’s sister company, Immoca Industriel. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance fron John Molson School of Business at Concordia University. Elliott is currently working towards obtaining the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Lise Bégin
Accountant
Lise Bégin is an accountant at Camada Group. With a DEC in business finance and over 25 years of experience in administrative positions with various production and distribution companies, Lise understands administrative management and manages tight deadlines like a pro. Lise’s expertise and organizational and priority management skills make her indispensable to our organization.
